I am privileged to be an elected Ward Councillor for Plaistow in the London Borough of Bromley.
I’m very proud of the work I have been able to undertake for residents since my election in 2022. From assisting on confidential matters such as housing, mental health support, SEN and adult care, to public items such as requesting street trees are maintained, successfully gaining Transport for London funding for road safety projects, and more recently, supporting residents affected by the possible future plans for the “Bowie House” museum. I have an extremely varied work load and I enjoy meeting and conversing with residents and business owners when I’m walking around the ward.
I am delighted to announce I will be standing for re-election as your Independent Plaistow Ward Councillor at the local elections on 7th May 2026.
There is much work still to do in Plaistow and I believe as an Independent Councillor with no political party affiliation, and with the connections I have built up within and outside the Council over the last four years, I am the person to help make Plaistow become an even more attractive ward, with safer pedestrian routes to schools, well maintained green spaces and cleaner streets.
The tremendous support I receive from residents and local businesses will help us all achieve these goals.
