Burnt Ash Lane has now been successfully resurfaced, from the Plaistow Green roundabout to the junction with New Street Hill. All road markings have also been repainted. I am hopeful that we can get some more Plaistow ward roads resurfaced, with my report showing photos of roads in bad need of attention sent into the Council earlier this year. This was in response to a written request from Council officers in December 2025 asking councillors to suggest roads we would like to be considered for resurfacing in the next maintenance schedule.
